Global HR Project Manager - Short term contract

At B&B HOTELS, we are on an ambitious growth journey — scaling rapidly across Europe, the US and Brazil, with more than 900 hotels across 16 countries. To support this transformation, we’re looking for a Global HR Project Manager to join our Group team and play a key role in shaping the future of our people strategy.

Why this role matters

This is not a traditional HR role. You will sit at the heart of our global transformation — driving critical HR initiatives across regions and working closely with senior leadership.

What you will work on

• Steer our global HR roadmap (HRIS, HR digitalization, learning platform)
• Coordinating international programmes (process improvement, automation)
• Driving key learning & development initiatives (including compliance and security)
• Supporting EVP and employer branding
• Contributing to EU Pay Transparency and governance frameworks
• Set up global HR data & analytics dashboards to support decision-making

What we’re looking for

• 7–10 years of HR experience as a HR Business Partner
• Business thinker with a passion genuine passion for People
• Good knowledge of HR practices in France and solid knowledge of European labour environments
• Proven track record in supporting HRIS / digital transformation
• Strong analytical mindset (Excel + data-driven decisions)
• Ability to operate globally and cross-functionally
• A mix of strategic thinking + hands-on execution
• Fluent in English and French
