Role Description

This full-time hybrid role as a Global HR Technology Specialist - ORACLE HCM requires working both in the Raleigh, NC office and remotely for only candidates currently located in North Carolina or Virginia. The role involves managing and optimizing HR technology systems, supporting system implementations, analyzing data, and ensuring the effective delivery of HR technology solutions. Daily tasks include conducting research, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, supporting project management activities, and generating reports to inform decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or Engineering
• Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Certified
• 5–7+ years experience in an HR technologies especially hands-on operational support in ORACLE HCM
• Experience with project management methodologies and delivering projects efficiently
• Proficiency in HR processes, shared service models, data analytics, reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams
