About the Role

IQVIA Consumer Health’s Omnichannel execution teams work with industry partners & clients to strategize, build, and deliver end to end sales and marketing programmes across the Consumer Health portfolio from full brand fostering to sales execution. We are looking for a highly strategic and commercially driven solution‑oriented sales professional to develop & expand relationships within IQVIA Consumer Health’s cross‑functional environment, and own and drive the account management and sourcing of new business & clients across target solutions in both France and Internationally. This role is central to how IQVIA engages with some of its most important growth customers. The successful candidate will serve as the primary commercial point of contact, representing IQVIA’s full commercial portfolio and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Acting as a trusted partner and growth driver, the GKAM will deepen executive relationships, uncover new opportunities, and orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration — leading through influence to bring the right expertise together to address evolving client priorities and deliver tailored, high‑value solutions. They will work closely with the Key Account Community and Service Line leads across both Clinical and Commercial business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand strategic partnerships with key assigned accounts, positioning IQVIA as a long‑term, trusted advisor and value creation partner.
  • Drive sustainable account growth by identifying, developing, and converting opportunities while keeping client objectives and priorities at the centre of every engagement.
  • Shape and drive executive‑level interactions and negotiations, strengthening senior relationships and advancing IQVIA’s strategic positioning within each account.
  • Uncover cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to expand wallet share across our full commercial and clinical portfolio.
  • Lead and maintain strong collaboration with the assigned Consumer Health Service Lines (Product Development & Regulatory including Real World Solutions, Commercial Outsourcing Services, Information Offerings, Consulting & Advisory, Marketing Agency Network, Tech & Analytics) to shape client proposals, go‑to‑market strategies, and ensure consistent execution.
  • Develop deep organizational insight, understanding client governance, influence networks, and decision‑making dynamics to steer strategy and engagement at the executive level.
  • Monitor market dynamics, including competitor strategies and client decision‑making, to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Actively network across the life sciences ecosystem to bring in fresh insights, best practices, and competitive intelligence.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Extensive knowledge of the Consumer Health market and ideally the dermatology sector.
  • Proven track record of solution selling across a diverse portfolio of capabilities.
  • Strong sales and opportunity management skills across the full sales cycle (from lead identification to contract negotiations and closing).
  • Ability to engage high level contacts, as well as develop a network of senior and middle management contacts to build long lasting trusted partnerships both internally & externally.
  • Proven ability to effectively engage and work with multiple clients & stakeholders both internally & externally.
  • Able to create & present strategic and tactical account specific plans.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting/forecasting and sales opportunity management.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, to deliver professional client communications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Co‑Pilot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to interpret and present complex concepts in French and English.
