As the Global Marketing Account Manager, you will drive the overall marketing strategy and campaign execution for our global initiatives. Your expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive go-to-market plans using both digital and field marketing approaches will be crucial in enhancing Arrow's market presence and pipeline development in line with our business objectives. You will be an effective communicator who thrives on collaborating with diverse global teams, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the development and execution of global marketing strategies aimed at engaging our partner ecosystem and direct customers.
- Managing the complete marketing mix to attract, prepare, and expand our IT partner network, while generating new business through global demand programs focused on end users.
- Collaborating with local and regional marketing teams to foster synergies and ensure cohesive efforts across different territories.
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators for global campaigns, ensuring results communicate effectively to all stakeholders.
- Crafting compelling go-to-market strategies, refining product positioning, messaging, and defining target audiences to create impactful marketing campaigns that yield sales-ready leads.
- Managing the global marketing budget to ensure a strong return on investment, supported by efficient execution in partnership with the Arrow ECS Performance Marketing Team.
- Evaluating campaign effectiveness through metrics analysis, offering innovative suggestions to maximize impact and drive growth.
What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of global marketing experience.
- At least 3 years of expertise in strategic marketing plan development.
- Proven experience in executing multi-tactic campaigns across regions, leveraging both digital marketing and field marketing (event management experience is a plus) alongside Account Based Marketing strategies.
- Experience in formulating marketing plans targeting and through channel partners.
- Background in working with IT channel partners, ideally within a distribution setting.

- Adept at managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Exceptional writing, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Work Arrangement:
Fully Remote: Availability to travel to an Arrow office location as required by leadership.

Annual Hiring Range:
$93,500.00 - $145,200.00
Compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be confirmed during the offer process.

Remote employees may need to visit the nearest designated Arrow office for work matters, at the company's discretion.
