The Role
Ready to own the BrightWolves brand, build a repeatable marketing engine, and drive measurable impact?
We’re looking for a Cape Town-based Marketing Lead with creativity, strong design instincts, and a performance marketing mindset—who can lead our international marketing activities and work closely with our leadership team to strengthen growth across markets (including South Africa, The Netherlands and Belgium).
Responsibilities
As Marketing Lead, you’ll ensure our brand is visible, consistent, and effective—while supporting growth initiatives such as:
- Brand presence & consistency across international markets
- Coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen community and market presence
- Supporting business development and talent acquisition through marketing-led efforts
- Running our marketing engine end-to-end: planning, execution, tracking, optimisation
- Collaborating across stakeholders to align marketing with business priorities
- Using advanced AI-driven tools to improve speed, quality, and performance

Oversees company-wide marketing activities (including South Africa, The Netherlands and Belgium)
Your Profile
You bring high standards, strong execution, and a creative edge. You likely have:
- Creativity + design sensibility (you care about how things look and work)
- Advanced AI tool comfort (you know how to use AI to accelerate and elevate outcomes)
- Performance marketing experience (you think in targets, conversion, CAC/ROAS, and measurable results)
- Project management & organisation: you can juggle multiple initiatives with clarity and agility
- A balanced mindset: strategic thinking + hands-on delivery
- Strong interest in growing in digital marketing, MarTech (e.g., HubSpot, Canva), brand management, and events
- High personal standards: you hold yourself (and work) to a consistently excellent level
- Stakeholder management: confidence to align, influence, and collaborate across teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong expertise in International Marketing and Marketing strategy
- Proficiency in conducting research to understand industry and customer trends
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively
- Commercial acumen and the ability to align marketing initiatives with business development goals
- Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Experience in a consulting or B2B environment and familiarity with global business dynamics is a plus
