Pharmélis, a recruitment and training firm specializing in executive, expert, and managerial positions, and a partner for over 18 years to companies in the Health sector (Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, etc.), is supporting its client, a supplier of specialty chemical ingredients, in recruiting an International Pharmaceutical Product Manager.

Reporting to the Director of Pharmaceutical Development, you will drive the strategy and operational management of a global product portfolio sourced from three strategic suppliers. Acting as a key interface between the supplier and internal teams (R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales), you ensure portfolio performance, strategic alignment, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the product portfolio: monitor performance, lifecycle management, innovation, and alignment with company strategy.
• Develop supplier relationships: negotiate, coordinate technical projects, conduct performance reviews, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Ensure internal coordination: manage product availability, compliance, technical support, and smooth communication with teams.
• Contribute to strategic monitoring: analyze the market, regulatory trends, and growth or rationalization opportunities.
• Support forecasting and supply chain: ensure supply continuity and anticipate risks.
