About

You are responsible for global product development and optimization across various markets. You work closely with international teams to develop technical solutions and further develop existing products. You coordinate product tests, analyze technical requirements, and ensure compliance with international standards. You also support the introduction of new products in different regions and are the point of contact for technical questions.

Requirements

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering or equivalent training
• Very good knowledge of mechanics, strength theory, materials science (steel, heat treatment)
• Sound knowledge of Excel (complex formulas/VBA), ideally initial knowledge of Python
• Sound knowledge of CAD (e.g. Creo, SolidWorks), FEA (ANSYS, nonlinear), measuring technology, and statistical evaluation
• Understanding of product development processes in the automotive industry (APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, etc.)
• Team-oriented and solution-oriented personality with a high degree of willingness to learn and initiative
• Skills to analyze complex technical contexts and document them comprehensibly
• Very good German skills are essential, as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
