We are looking for a creative team player who enjoys making a difference in a dynamic, international environment and who is able to advance our collections with passion and dedication. The highly motivated Global Product Management BOSS Menswear team is looking forward to meeting you!

Responsibilities

  • Creation of the collection framework and control of the complete collection development process for BOSS Black Menswear
  • Preparation of product-driven analyses as well as collecting all relevant global market feedbacks and monitoring KPIs
  • Consolidation and transformation of commercial product requirements into product development
  • Price positioning in a worldwide context
  • Cooperation with Design, Development and Sourcing throughout the whole collection development process
  • Collaboration on a global level with the Buying teams of Retail, Wholesale and E-Commerce
  • Drive and expand the development of the BOSS Menswear brand

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience - in a comparable field of work (Product Management, Brand Management, Merchandise Management, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for fashion and product
  • Distinct analytical skills and quick comprehension skills
  • Great understanding of economic interrelations
  • Proactive mindset, open, communicative and confident manner as well as assertiveness
  • Fluent English skills
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
