Your Role
- You will develop and be responsible for the product line and product portfolio for tea ingredients (from extracts to flavors), including business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation, and all growth initiatives.
- You will manage the global assortment together with the product organization and relevant internal stakeholders within our global matrix organization.
- You will drive the sustainability approach for tea ingredients along the entire value chain – from raw material to finished product.
- Together with the team leadership of product management, you will define a roadmap for business development (including revenue growth).
- You will regularly participate in meetings with the R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales teams to coordinate pricing strategy, product portfolio, and supply chain issues.
- You will actively monitor the competition to benchmark our portfolio and create a competitive analysis.
- You will actively support the sales team through customer visits, project work, and briefings by sharing specific product and market knowledge.
- You will define success criteria and analyze customer feedback and product usage to incorporate these insights into the product roadmap.
- You will communicate current and coordinated portfolio updates across all channels, including product portfolio presentations within and outside the organization.
- You will ensure internal training to promote a deeper understanding of the product portfolio and its positioning.
Your Profile
- You have successfully worked as a Product or Business Development Manager in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a B2B environment with a focus on tea ingredients or as an extraction technologist in the B2B tea sector.
- You hold a degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, Biotechnology, or a comparable qualification.
- You have a proven track record of creating and implementing product roadmaps step-by-step and sustainably.
- You have a strong customer orientation and are able to communicate directly, openly, and in a partnership-based manner with customers to create positive customer experiences.
- Your excellent organizational skills and project management talent help you to meet deadlines reliably.
- You have a strong hands-on mentality, think entrepreneurially, and work efficiently both in a team and independently.
- You are capable of dealing with uncertainty, managing change, and coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You have a strong interest in the technological processing of B2B ingredients.
- You are willing to travel worldwide – approximately 20% of your working time.
- You have fluent English skills; further language skills are a great advantage.

Responsibilities
- Du entwickelst und verantwortest die Produktlinie und das Produktportfolio für Tee-Inhaltsstoffe (von Extrakten bis zu Aromen), einschließlich Business Development, Lieferkette, Preisgestaltung, Innovation sowie sämtlicher Wachstumsinitiativen.
- Du managst das globale Sortiment gemeinsam mit der Produktorganisation und den entsprechenden internen Stakeholdern innerhalb unserer globalen Matrixorganisation.
- Du treibst den Nachhaltigkeitsansatz für Tee-Inhaltsstoffe entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette – vom Rohstoff bis zum fertigen Produkt – voran.
- Du definierst gemeinsam mit der Teamleitung Produktmanagement eine Roadmap zur Geschäftsentwicklung (inkl. Umsatzwachstum).
- Du nimmst regelmäßig an Meetings mit den Teams aus F&E, Marketing, Pricing und Vertrieb teil, um gemeinsam mit ihnen die Preisstrategie, das Produktportfolio und Themen der Lieferkette abzustimmen.
