Your Tasks:

Product Management

• Oversee the product portfolio lifecycle, including definition, monitoring, and phase-out decisions

Global Market Support

• Support sales teams and segments with market launches, product improvements, and recommendations

Cross-Department Coordination

• Lead new product launches and collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing teams

Strategic Analysis

• Conduct competitor analyses, create product roadmaps, and fuel innovation ideas for R&D

Marketing Collaboration

• Define marketing messages and provide technical content for campaigns and product promotions

Your Profile:

Education & Experience

• Degree in technical or business administration or equivalent professional experience
• Strong background in product management, ideally in an international industrial environment

Skills

• Professional English, knowledge of Polish desirable, project and process management, MS Office proficiency and ERP Systems (SAP is a plus)

Personality

• Open, communicative, confident in presentations, and assertive in decision-making

Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge of business contexts, ability to manage complex technical and economic topics
