About

Within the Hospital Care division, we are looking for a Product Manager (w/m/d) Vascular Access in Global Marketing for the Marketing Unit IV Systems & Vascular Access department at our corporate headquarters in Melsungen, starting as soon as possible.

Global Marketing Vascular Access is responsible for downstream and upstream activities in this area. Key tasks include defining the global product portfolio and supporting communication activities.

As a Product Manager (w/m/d), you will be responsible for the global marketing plan for a product line within the vascular access segment (PIVCs, Midlines, PICCs, or CVCs).

Responsibilities

  • Strategic development and advancement of the global marketing strategy - including positioning and target group focus
  • Conducting in-depth market, competitor, and trend analyses to identify opportunities early and align marketing and product strategy accordingly
  • Defining clear product claims to support global marketing and brand management
  • Holistic life-cycle management of the product line - from strategic planning through optimizations to phasing out
  • Monitoring quantitative and qualitative product performance in all relevant markets and participating in the evaluation of complaints and recalls
  • Planning, managing, and implementing global product launches, including coordination with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and international stakeholders
  • Conceiving and defining training content, as well as planning and supporting training measures for internal teams and external partners

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing & Sales, Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, or Engineering.
  • You have several years of international professional experience in Marketing & Sales, ideally in a large medical technology company.
  • You are familiar with the tasks of product management.
  • Strong knowledge in implementing product strategies in local markets characterizes you.
  • Fluent English skills complete your profile; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
