Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Global Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts for CloudHealth. In this position, you will be essential in crafting the positioning and messaging for CloudHealth, collaborating with our global marketing team to develop competitive differentiators. You will work closely with Broadcom's product management and marketing teams to effectively communicate CloudHealth’s value proposition, drive revenue growth, and enhance product experiences for our customers. Your role will include creating and implementing all essential sales enablement resources that empower our salesforce to succeed in the market.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to CloudHealth's partner community and end-users, as well as providing necessary internal support for sales teams.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer discussions to shape strategy, identify opportunities, and generate vital business intelligence for CloudHealth.
  • Collaborate with product management to guide roadmaps and ensure market alignment.
  • Create and manage comprehensive sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, product demonstrations, battlecards, case studies, and all essential resources for successful market introduction.
  • Work with sales strategists and marketing teams to devise campaigns that promote awareness, drive adoption, and enhance retention.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives against established KPIs.
  • Represent CloudHealth as a product evangelist at events, webinars, customer meetings, and partner engagements globally.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing within the technology or software sector, ideally with a focus on SaaS and/or cloud solutions.
  • Strong grasp of go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, and buyer personas.
  • Proven ability to develop messaging frameworks and product positioning throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strong customer focus and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Work Arrangement

Fully Remote: Willingness to travel to an Arrow office location upon request by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$132,400.00 - $175,013.52

The actual compensation offered may differ from the above range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skills. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized during the offer process.
