Work you'll do
General responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholders and build relationships to deliver on global and local succession planning and board readiness strategies
- Create materials aligned with succession management and board readiness
- Stay up to date on succession and boardroom trends and identify opportunities for innovative solutions
- Develop and deliver communication campaigns on succession and board readiness topics
- Participate as an engaged member of the L&CD portfolio management team
Specific responsibilities:
PPMD Experience:
- Create leadership framework tied to DTTL Cultural Outcomes and behaviors for DTTL leaders
- Develop a structured guide defining leadership expectations, behaviors, and performance indicators
- Translate expectations into measurable goals with evidence sources and success criteria
- Support activation through talent and business levers to enable performance
- Work cross-functionally to design interventions supporting leaders in meeting expectations
- Own roll-out, drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, and tools
- Monitor adoption, measure impact, facilitate governance, and manage continuous improvement
Succession management:
- Support succession management for Global Executive and MF CEOs in alignment with Global Succession Standards
- Manage creation and maintenance of role profiles for Global Executive Committee-Extended Team
- Manage activities to identify, validate, and report on succession candidates
- Maintain and distribute Succession Planning Toolkits to Executives
- Support annual four-year outlook of new CEO opportunities and succession planning discussions
- Lead preparation and delivery of periodic updates for executive leadership
Global Board Readiness Program management:
- Manage program calendar, track nominations, deliver kick-off calls, and administer assessments
- Support non-executive director opportunity sharing
- Manage creation of status updates, program metrics, and materials for executive stakeholders
- Design and deliver program communications campaigns and materials
Board readiness local track support activation:
- Manage Board Readiness Community of Practice including scheduling and supporting delivery of follow-up actions
- Maintain intranet and SharePoint materials and administer user groups
- Manage interactions with Deloitte member firm and geography points of contact as a trusted business advisor

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in project management, program design and/or program delivery required; change management experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required, including with executive-level stakeholders
- Comfort working with global, virtual and offshore teams is required, as is experience working directly with clients/stakeholders in a decentralized, international environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications required (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams); experience with reporting/analytics tools (i.e., Tableau) preferred
