In this role, you will focus on our Video and Command Centre Software segment, driving growth through innovative service offerings. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Services Product Manager to enhance our global services portfolio. You will leverage your skills to maximize revenue through creative service offers, effective pricing strategies, and dynamic go-to-market tactics within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities • Strategy & Growth: Create and implement global strategies to amplify service value, utilizing market research and competitive analysis to keep us ahead of industry trends.
• Commercial Execution: Propel revenue growth by developing high-quality service offers and expert pricing strategies tailored to diverse market segments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Support teams to uncover upselling opportunities and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze service usage trends and KPIs to guide product development and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with key partners and vendors to strengthen our service ecosystem and enhance our competitive positioning.
• Project Leadership: Oversee the complete lifecycle of service launches, effectively prioritizing tasks across multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Communication: Clearly articulate complex ideas to internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring alignment throughout the organization.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in services product management or marketing, ideally within technology or telecommunications.
• Demonstrated success in launching new services and translating complex data into strategic growth opportunities.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Join us in making a difference. The target base salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $135,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
