Job Summary

The Global Services Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, execution, and governance of services-related programs aligned to a specific offering, platform, or solution portfolio. This role drives cross-functional execution across sales, services, engineering, operations, support, and partner organizations to ensure successful delivery, scalability, operational readiness, and customer outcomes.

The Program Manager acts as the central point of coordination for complex services initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical delivery, operational processes, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end program execution for global services initiatives tied to a specific offering or solution
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
  • Drive execution governance across multiple workstreams and functional teams
  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, and escalation processes
  • Track program health, status reporting, and executive updates
  • Ensure delivery readiness across global regions and stakeholders

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate activities across:
    • Services
    • Product Management
    • Engineering
    • Sales
    • Customer Success
    • Operations
    • Support
    • Finance
    • Partner organizations
  • Facilitate alignment between technical and business teams
  • Drive accountability for deliverables, dependencies, and milestones
  • Support global rollout and operationalization activities

Offering & Services Enablement

  • Support implementation and scaling of services offerings associated with the solution portfolio
  • Ensure services requirements are incorporated into program planning early in the lifecycle
  • Coordinate development of:
    • deployment models,
    • support processes,
    • operational documentation,
    • training assets,
    • customer readiness materials
  • Align service delivery models to customer and business requirements

Governance & Reporting

  • Establish program governance structures and operating cadence
  • Lead recurring program reviews, stakeholder meetings, and risk assessments
  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Provide executive-level communication and status reporting
  • Monitor KPIs, milestones, and delivery performance metrics

Dependency & Risk Management

  • Identify cross-functional dependencies and execution risks
  • Coordinate mitigation and resolution plans
  • Escalate critical path issues impacting delivery timelines
  • Ensure alignment between roadmap commitments and operational capacity

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Standardize project management methodologies and best practices
  • Improve execution efficiency, visibility, and predictability
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across services operations
  • Drive lessons learned and post-implementation reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5–10+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience managing global cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of services delivery and operational processes
  • Experience working within technical or enterprise solution environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification
  • Experience supporting enterprise services organizations
  • Experience with platform, infrastructure, cloud, or data center solutions
  • Familiarity with services lifecycle management and customer deployment models
  • Experience working in matrixed global organizations
