Your IMPACT:

Customer‑Centric Solution Design:

  • Engage with customers to understand their operational challenges and define relevant use cases, translating these into tailored solutions for public fast‑charging networks and private fleet depots
  • Support strategic opportunities by providing technical and commercial input, including tender preparation and coordination with local country teams
  • Present standard architectures, value propositions and system capabilities to customers and partners, including software, cybersecurity, communication layers and electrical infrastructure
  • Lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders and clearly explain solution design, architecture and system interactions

Technical Expertise & Architecture Development:

  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of reference architectures and playbooks for different charging applications
  • Align key solution components, such as load and power management, CPMS, chargers and cybersecurity, ensuring architectural consistency and functional completeness
  • Identify solution gaps and help shape the technology and feature roadmap in collaboration with internal solution owners
  • Translate technical capabilities into customer‑relevant economic and sustainability benefits.

Training & Evangelism:

  • Equip pre‑sales teams and solution architects across regions through webinars and digital training formats
  • Represent and promote the company's fast‑charging solutions in technical forums and customer engagements
  • Stay informed on evolving industry standards and contribute to discussions that influence the broader utility and e‑mobility ecosystem

Your Profile:

  • Strong background and deeply rooted expertise in EV charging infrastructure, with practical involvement in engineering design, technical consulting, or system integration
  • Proven track record operating within complex EV environments such as charge point operators, fleet electrification programs, logistics hubs, or transit operations
  • Solid understanding of MV/LV electrical systems, substations, and DC fast‑charging technologies from leading vendors
  • Confident working with digital EV systems (e.g., CPMS, load management, fleet scheduling platforms) and relevant OT protocols like OCPP, Modbus or VDV
  • Familiarity with energy‑related technologies such as BESS, microgrids, and energy optimization strategies
  • Ability to communicate and simplify complex technical topics, especially when presenting use cases, architectures, and value propositions
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as German are a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
