About the role

Overview

In this role you will lead the long-term strategy for the ruminants species, coordinating cross-functional efforts to shape the vision, portfolio, and brand narrative. You will partner with Category Managers, Business Development, and Sales & Marketing to translate strategy into competitive differentiation and measurable impact. You’ll build market intelligence, define the strategy roadmap across regions and brands, and ensure consistent storytelling across channels. This opportunity lets you influence a global agenda focused on sustainable growth and meaningful innovation in animal nutrition.

Responsabilités

  • Master's degree or DVM or Life Sciences, and/or Marketing Management degree; plus marketing experience in B2B
  • Extensive marketing network within the industry (partners, agencies, academia)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organization
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Creative, curious thinker with a strategic vision
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Customer-centric orientation and ability to place customers at the center of trials and programs
