We are currently looking for a System Engineer / Technical Analyst with strong testing capabilities to join our team.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of development, system engineering, and quality assurance, contributing directly to the stability, security, and performance of our technical solutions.

As a System Engineer / Technical Analyst, you will take an active role throughout the full technical lifecycle: from design and implementation to testing, analysis, and continuous improvement. Your work will ensure that systems are not only functional, but robust, scalable, and maintainable.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and maintenance of PowerShell scripts and Go (Golang) applications for system automation, tooling, and internal services
• Analysis of system behavior, logs, metrics, and network traffic to identify issues, risks, and optimization potential
• Planning, implementation, and execution of tests (functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing)
• Active contribution to quality assurance, including test concepts, documentation, and continuous quality improvements
• Operation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows-based systems, servers, and services
• Collaboration with network and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and secure system communication
• Participation in incident analysis, root cause investigations, and long-term solution design
• Continuous improvement of development, testing, and deployment processes

You bring a strong technical foundation, a structured way of thinking, and a genuine interest in understanding systems end-to-end. You enjoy digging deep into technical details while never losing sight of quality and reliability.

Technical Skills:

• Solid experience in PowerShell scripting for automation, administration, and system integration
• Practical knowledge of Go (Golang) for developing tools, services, or test utilities
• Strong expertise in Windows operating systems, including server environments
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, troubleshooting)
• Experience with server environments, services, and infrastructure components
• Hands-on experience with testing methodologies and test automation is highly valued
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and structured development workflows
• Understanding of logging, monitoring, and diagnostic techniques

Analytical & Quality Mindset:

• Ability to analyze complex technical problems in a structured and methodical way
• Strong focus on quality, reliability, and maintainability
• Experience in creating test cases, test plans, and technical documentation

Qualifications
