We are seeking a strategic Go‑to‑Market Manager to drive growth of core and new products across SAC. Responsible for developing market strategies, leading product launches, strengthening farmer and channel value propositions, and leveraging digital tools to enhance engagement. Collaborates with Commercial and R&D teams to meet financial and strategic goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and launch strategies
- Conduct market research and refine value propositions
- Support channel strategies and pricing
- Lead product launches and trials
- Manage digital platforms and content
- Train teams and stakeholders
- Support inventory reduction efforts
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or related
- 8–12 years in go‑to‑market, marketing, or product management
- Experience in agriculture or FMCG markets in Africa
- Proven success in product launches, portfolio, and channel management
- Digital marketing exposure is a plus
- Must have a access to a suitable vehicle to use for work purposes (either owned or hired by self)
