Golang Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Golang, React/TypeScript, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes to join a high-impact team delivering modern healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performance services and user interfaces that improve patient care and clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Build responsive, scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain real-time data pipelines and integrations using Kafka.
• Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL databases.
• Containerize and orchestrate services using Kubernetes for seamless deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Ensure application security, compliance, and performance standards are met in a healthcare environment.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and CI/CD processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Golang in backend development.
• Strong front-end development skills using React and TypeScript.
• Experience working with Kafka for event streaming and asynchronous processing.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices deployment.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL with strong database modeling and query optimization skills.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience working in agile teams using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
