We are a fast-growing SaaS startup building the largest sales job app in the DACH region. Our growth is data-driven – and that's where you come in. For the further expansion of our paid ads activities, we are looking for a freelance Google Ads expert (m/f/d) who will not only manage our campaigns but also actively improve, scale, and strategically develop them. 100% remote, short decision-making processes, and a lot of responsibility.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring & optimization of ongoing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Brand, PMAX, Display/YouTube)
- Creation of new campaigns & ad groups (incl. keyword & intent logic)
- Scaling high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency
- Deriving measures from data (search terms, auctions, conversion paths)
- Close coordination with Marketing & Management + reporting (short paths, clear goals)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of performance experience with Google Ads
- Proven experience in the SaaS environment
- Ideally, experience in the HR/recruiting sector or lead generation for complex products
- Confident handling of Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Proficient in:
- Campaign structure & scaling
- Entrepreneurial thinking: You think in results, not just clicks
- Independent, structured way of working
