We are a fast-growing SaaS startup building the largest sales job app in the DACH region. Our growth is data-driven – and that's where you come in. For the further expansion of our paid ads activities, we are looking for a freelance Google Ads expert (m/f/d) who will not only manage our campaigns but also actively improve, scale, and strategically develop them. 100% remote, short decision-making processes, and a lot of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring & optimization of ongoing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Brand, PMAX, Display/YouTube)
  • Creation of new campaigns & ad groups (incl. keyword & intent logic)
  • Scaling high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency
  • Deriving measures from data (search terms, auctions, conversion paths)
  • Close coordination with Marketing & Management + reporting (short paths, clear goals)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of performance experience with Google Ads
  • Proven experience in the SaaS environment
  • Ideally, experience in the HR/recruiting sector or lead generation for complex products
  • Confident handling of Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Proficient in:
    • Campaign structure & scaling
    • Entrepreneurial thinking: You think in results, not just clicks
    • Independent, structured way of working
