Your work will directly contribute to decision-making quality, executive reporting, and risk control across a large and complex IT portfolio.
Your mission (should you choose to accept it!)
As a Governance & Compliance Analyst, you will support the Portfolio Governance & Delivery (PGD) team by ensuring strong governance practices, accurate reporting, and compliance across IT initiatives.
You will play a key role in bringing structure, clarity, and reliability to portfolio-level execution.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Support the enforcement of governance standards and processes across the portfolio
- Monitor project compliance and maintain governance documentation aligned with best practices
- Maintain and update dependency logs, working closely with project teams to manage risks and impacts
- Support project onboarding and offboarding to ensure adherence to governance policies
- Contribute to the end-to-end reporting process: data collection, validation, analysis, and visualization
- Produce clear and meaningful portfolio reports and dashboards
- Analyze compliance data across multiple departments and demonstrate progress and trends

You will work within a cross-functional governance team, collaborating with project managers, technology teams, and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Your toolset
- Advanced Excel (PivotTables, data analysis, reporting)
- Portfolio and governance reporting tools
- Dependency tracking and documentation standards
- Technology and financial services environments (strong asset)
About you
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project governance, PMO, or reporting roles
- Solid understanding of project governance, compliance, and financial tracking concepts
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly summarize insights
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Proactive, accountable, and collaborative mindset
- Curious, structured, and solution-oriented
