About the Role

Our client is launching an exciting remote Graduate Program designed to identify and nurture top emerging talent. We are seeking enthusiastic and analytical Graduate Data Analysts to join our fully remote analytics team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various sources.
• Perform data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop and generate regular reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support senior analysts in developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Communicate findings and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
• Collaborate with team members in a virtual environment, sharing knowledge and contributing to collective problem‑solving.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and analysis processes.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout all analysis stages.
• Learn and apply new analytical techniques and technologies as needed.
• Provide ad‑hoc data analysis support for specific business requests.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong foundational understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis principles.
• Proficiency in at least one data analysis programming language such as Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy) or R.
• Familiarity with SQL for database querying.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Previous internship or project experience in data analysis is advantageous.
