Mpact Plastic Containers is looking for a highly motivated Graduate Industrial Engineer to join our team and support our Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Industrial Engineer, you will support the business by:
- Analysing manufacturing and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Supporting continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Identifying opportunities for automation and process digitisation
- Developing data analysis and operational performance dashboards
- Assisting with process mapping, root cause analysis and gap analysis
- Supporting cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, productivity and cost performance
- Participating in operational improvement projects delivering measurable business value
