Graduate - Junior Java Developer - 6 Month contract

Introduction

Dynamic company in the civil engineering industry is looking for a Graduate Developer to join their team in February 2026 on a 6-month contract.

Duties & Responsibilities

• The JAVA developer will be assigned broad responsibilities and analysis skills within the software development stream
• The JAVA developer will be involved in developing new functionality (dealt with as projects) as well as maintaining existing systems (part of operational maintenance tasks).

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric - with Mathematics (at least C-symbol Math Literacy / D-symbol Mathematics.)
• Relevant IT Diploma / Degree from reputable tertiary institution.
• Good communication skills - verbal and written.
• Matric results and tertiary qualification must accompany your application to be considered for the position.

Salary

R 12 000 per month.
