The Role

• Over a 3-year program, you’ll get to work across our operations in three 12-month rotations, Engineering, Manufacturing.
• Operations & Quality. Designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and skills across food manufacturing, project engineering, continuous improvement and people leadership.
• You will experience a variety of roles across at least two of our plants

Candidate Requirements

• A recent graduate with a degree or equivalent in one of the following disciplines.
• Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Automation Engineering or a related Engineering or Operations degree.
• Fluent in English.
