The Offer

• $53,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE of $80,000–$100,000 in Year 1)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Work towards targets and deliver results in a performance-driven environment
• Become a specialist within a chosen market sector

• Recent graduate (all degree disciplines considered)
