Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training rotations across various mining departments.

• Learn and apply safety regulations and best practices in a mining environment.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving on the mine site.

• Prepare reports on findings and activities during rotations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• A strong academic record with a minimum of a 2:1 pass or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Valid driver's license is advantageous.
• Must be willing to work on-site in a mining environment.
• Eligibility to work in South Africa.
