Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training rotations across various mining departments.
- Assist in the planning and execution of mining operations and projects.
- Support engineering and maintenance teams in daily activities.
- Conduct data analysis to monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Learn and apply safety regulations and best practices in a mining environment.
- Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving on the mine site.
- Work collaboratively with experienced engineers and technical staff.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes.
- Prepare reports on findings and activities during rotations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- A strong academic record with a minimum of a 2:1 pass or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Valid driver's license is advantageous.
- Must be willing to work on-site in a mining environment.
- Eligibility to work in South Africa.

This role is based on-site in Welkom, Free State, ZA.
