Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with current and future customers
• Increase producer awareness based on customer strategies
• Develop and execute a location-specific merchandising strategy
• Collect grain samples for data analysis
• Formulate and adhere to grain contracts and delivery arrangements

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent, plus agriculture/agribusiness certification
• Experience in grain merchandising and commodity trading
• Strong negotiating and risk management skills
• Valid class 5 driver's license required
• Problem-solving abilities to enhance decision-making
