HVAC Inc, an expanding Laval-based company specializing in building mechanics, with over 43 years of experience and innovation, is currently seeking a Ventilation Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the Ventilation Director, the project manager coordinates the execution of projects and the start-up of interventions at the end of projects. They coordinate with the general superintendent and the designated foreman on the stages of execution and ensure efficiency and supply. They are responsible for monitoring shop drawings and, in collaboration with the Drafting Room Director, will be responsible for routing documents for coordination and installation on site. They participate in labor projections and the smooth running of ongoing projects.

We are looking for a project manager with training or knowledge in project management, who wants to take on new challenges and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• DEC in building mechanics or equivalent training
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of the ventilation field
• Good priority management skills
• Good communication skills with staff
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with our clients
• Basic knowledge of the Office suite
