We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective designs that enhance our brand and drive online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop and create visually engaging graphics for various digital channels, including website banners, social media posts, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
• Product Imagery: Design and edit product images for our online store, ensuring high-quality visuals that enhance product appeal and drive conversions.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling visuals that support promotional activities and product launches.
• Content Development: Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including video graphics, animations, and interactive designs, to enhance user engagement.
• UX/UI Design: Collaborate with the web development team to improve user experience and interface design for our e-commerce site, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing shopping experience.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and output.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality in all deliverables.
• Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Experience with UX/UI design and familiarity with tools such as Sketch or Figma.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
