VCS HR Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

VCS HR is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create engaging digital and visual content for tech-focused projects. You will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to design assets for web, mobile, and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for websites, mobile apps, and digital campaigns
• Create social media posts, banners, email templates, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design requirements
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Optimize designs for usability and performance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic or digital design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Figma or Sketch
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Strong portfolio of digital design work

Preferred Skills:

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in SaaS or tech industry
• Motion graphics (After Effects)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

Work Conditions

• Onsite presence in Freehold, NJ.
• Some travel is required for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
