Graphic Designer & Marketing Associate

Steel City Collectibles is a leading online retailer of sports cards, trading cards, and collectibles, serving customers worldwide with a wide selection of hobby boxes, supplies, and exclusive products. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across departments, and is passionate about creating high-quality visual content for both digital and print. This position would work closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner. This job is full-time and on-site only.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Gold Rush Product Development Team to design and produce sales sheets and product labels for our repack product line
• Create engaging marketing assets, including graphics, photography, and video content optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
• Partner with the Sales Team to develop website graphics, promotional materials, and sales assets
• Create, edit, and upload new product solicitations and product images on our website
• Support SMS and email marketing campaigns, including design, formatting, and deployment
• Conduct marketing and e-commerce research to support strategic initiatives
• Ability to delegate and prioritize multiple tasks
• Motivation to excel and grow with our company
• Maintain an organized and efficient marketing workspace

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent tools)
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
• Video editing and content creation experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of HTML and email marketing platforms is a plus
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing needs
• Ability to leverage AI resources as appropriate
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow professionally
• Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check
• Must provide examples of previous graphic design creatives

• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
