Graphic Designer / UI-UX Designer (1+ Year Experience)

Clarosys Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / UI-UX Designer who can design modern website layouts, branding materials, and engaging social media creatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with developers and management to deliver high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities • Design website layouts in Figma (UI/UX) • Create logos, brochures, banners, and branding materials • Design social media posts and marketing creatives • Work closely with developers to ensure design-to-development accuracy • Collaborate with company owner for creative direction • Create video creatives using AI tools or video editing software • Maintain design consistency across all platforms • Stay updated with latest design trends

Required Skills • Minimum 1+ year experience in Graphic / UI-UX Design • Strong knowledge of Figma (mandatory) • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW • Understanding of UI/UX principles for websites • Ability to design responsive website layouts • Knowledge of AI tools / video creation tools (mandatory) • Good sense of color, typography, and layout • Basic understanding of developer requirements

Candidate Requirements • Good communication skills • Ability to understand business requirements • Creative thinking and attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines • Portfolio showcasing design work is mandatory

Good to Have • Experience in branding strategy • Motion graphics / video editing • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / After Effects • Social media marketing design understanding
