We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience in designing high-performing creatives for social media and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and performance-driven design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , etc.)
  • Create high-converting ad creatives for paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Display, etc.)
  • Develop banners, carousels, videos, and other digital assets
  • Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to align creatives with campaign goals
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media formats
  • Optimize creatives based on performance insights (CTR, engagement, conversions)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or advertising
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva
  • Strong understanding of social media formats, ad creatives, and platform guidelines
  • Experience in creating static and motion graphics
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels and performance marketing creatives
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

Salary

  • 6LPA to 10LPA
