We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience in designing high-performing creatives for social media and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and performance-driven design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , etc.)
- Create high-converting ad creatives for paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Display, etc.)
- Develop banners, carousels, videos, and other digital assets
- Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to align creatives with campaign goals
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media formats
- Optimize creatives based on performance insights (CTR, engagement, conversions)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or advertising
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva
- Strong understanding of social media formats, ad creatives, and platform guidelines
- Experience in creating static and motion graphics
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and performance marketing creatives
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Salary
- 6LPA to 10LPA
