Graphics & UX|UI Designer

You will be joining ANRA Technologies as a Graphic Designer, contributing to the visual identity of the brand and enhancing the user experience of SaaS applications. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

- Creative Direction and Brand Consistency: - Define and maintain visual standards for products and marketing. - Develop design concepts aligned with brand identity. - Establish a scalable design system for consistent output across all touchpoints.

- Product Design & User Experience: - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user insights into functional interfaces. - Produce wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design intent clearly. - Create intuitive UI elements and interactions to simplify complex B2B workflows. - Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing to improve the overall product experience.

- Marketing & Growth Design: - Design creative assets such as landing pages, banners, brochures, and event booths. - Maintain visual storytelling consistency across digital, print, and social channels. - Provide visual support for marketing initiatives to enhance engagement.

- Collaboration & Innovation: - Engage cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align design with business objectives. - Stay updated on design trends, UX research, and emerging tools to contribute fresh ideas. - Play a strategic role in shaping design to support product growth and brand identity.

Qualifications: - 3+ years of UI/UX and Graphic Design experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech environments. - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). - Sound knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, responsive layouts, and accessibility best practices. - Experience in Video Editing is advantageous. - Strong communication and presentation skills for clear articulation of design decisions. - Organized, self-driven, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
