We are seeking an experienced External Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit candidates for client roles. The ideal candidate is skilled in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and maintaining a structured pipeline of qualified applicants. This role supports external clients by ensuring a steady flow of top talent for open positions.

Responsibilities

• Search for and reach out to potential candidates on job platforms and networks
• Conduct screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Submit qualified candidates to clients in a timely manner
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline for multiple roles
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on hiring needs
• Provide recommendations and feedback on candidates

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS)
• Interviewing and screening experience
• Ability to manage multiple roles and maintain organized pipelines
• Prior recruitment or talent acquisition experience required
