GROUP ACCOUNTANT (M/W/D)

About Us

For our client, we are filling the following position immediately:

Responsibilities

• Operational support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Execution and quality assurance of group consolidation
• Support in harmonizing and optimizing reporting and consolidation processes
• Analysis and further development of existing processes in group accounting
• Coordination with international subsidiaries and departments
• Ensuring high data quality in group reporting
• Support in the introduction and further development of finance and consolidation tools (Tagetik)
• Participation in projects in the area of accounting and reporting
• Support during go-live and hypercare phases

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in group accounting and group consolidation
• Very good knowledge of preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Sound understanding of consolidation, reporting, and finance processes
• Experience in an international environment and in collaborating with international subsidiaries
• Hands-on mentality as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Experience with consolidation or reporting tools is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
