Job Description
The Group Data Integration IT Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s group data platform. This role involves designing and integrating data flows, master data management, and reporting solutions that strengthen operational efficiency and support business decision‑making. The manager will work closely with the Group Core Solutions Director to ensure alignment with the company’s overall data and technology strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Interprets business specifications to define reporting, data management, and integration needs.
- Builds and implements the group data platform aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Builds data literacy across teams through clear guidance and training while continuing to enhance own expertise.
- Ensures the data platform operates efficiently, improving quality and managing risks across data processes.
- Manages external partners involved in data platform delivery and ensures solution quality.
- Acts as the central escalation point for data platform issues and drives operational excellence.
- Contributes specialist guidance to data-related digital empowerment initiatives across group and local offices.
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 8–10 years’ experience in business intelligence, data management, or data integration, including project management in the ICT sector.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organisational and business/data acumen, delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Calm, user‑focused communicator who builds trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Proactive, improvement‑driven, resolving complex issues while developing self and others.
Specific Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of EPM platforms (Jedox preferred), SAP BPC, Tagetik, Workday Adaptive Planning, or BOARD.
- Good understanding of data integration processes and tools (EasyMorph is a plus).
- Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI.
- Interest in AI, data science, master data management, and analytics.
- Knowledge of financial concepts (PL, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (SAP cloud solutions preferred).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to diagnose issues, identify solutions, and resolve a broad range of technical problems.
- Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and external partners.

- Occasional travel may be required.
