Your main tasks and responsibilities

  • Autonomous management of assigned cross‑functional and corporate IT Projects
  • Utilizing your technical expertise to organize projects
  • Project reporting and documentation
  • Scope management and facilitation of concept decisions
  • Risk Management und stakeholder analysis
  • Alignment work between Business IT and other stakeholders
  • Participation in negotiations with potential suppliers and contracting
  • Management of consultants and other 3rd parties
  • Conduct feasibility studies
  • Documentation and meeting management

Your expertise and ideal skill set

  • University degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a project management capacity
  • Previous experience as a software developer, data migration expert, business system analyst or similar
  • Experience rolling out corporate software solutions
  • Very good knowledge in PMI oriented project management processes, a PMP certification is beneficial
  • Good knowledge in MS Project or similar tool is a plus
  • Fluent in English and good German skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25 %
  • Ability to work in a team‑orientated and collaborative environment

  • We, the Corporate Project Management Office, work closely with our local PMOs at the production sites to jointly ensure the planning, management, and implementation of projects within the Octapharma Group. In doing so, we serve as a link between specialist departments and external partners.
  • Our mission is to ensure that schedule, cost, and quality targets are met in all project phases by applying established project management methodologies.
  • We promote structured knowledge transfer, the application of lessons learned, and the continuous optimization of project processes and tools within our department.

Salary

The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4 270.14 based on 38 hours per week (full‑time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
