Job Description
As part of a newly created position, you will report to the Group Chief Manufacturing Officer and your main mission will be to deploy a global Lean culture across our 11 production sites. Contributing to the optimization of industrial performance, your main missions will consist of:
- Defining the Lean strategy and standards applicable to all production sites.
- Leading and supporting the deployment of Lean methodologies.
- Collaborating with local teams (Methods, Production, and Site Directors) to ensure the adoption and implementation of Lean tools.
- Identifying levers for improving industrial performance (productivity, capacity, quality, costs).
- Facilitating and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the sites.
- Developing and standardizing Lean processes, tools, and practices.
- Implementing and monitoring relevant performance indicators (KPIs).
- Designing and deploying management tools.
- Ensuring the sharing of best practices among different sites.
Candidate Profile
With a higher education degree (Engineering school or equivalent), you have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally as a Methods or Lean Engineer. You have mastered the main continuous improvement tools (VSM, TRS, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Six Sigma…) and are comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment. Proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential for this position; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
Close to the field, you are recognized for your ability to collaborate with operational teams, and you also know how to coordinate and support improvement actions.
One week of travel per month is to be expected to the Group's factories, located in France, England, Belgium, the United States, Canada, India, and China.
