Group Product Manager – AEM Guides
Adobe is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead AEM Guides. This role owns product strategy, roadmap, and business results for a high-growth product within Adobe Experience Cloud. You will lead a team of Product Managers and work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver products customers value and use every day. You will balance customer needs, market trends, and business priorities to guide product decisions and drive measurable impact.
What you will do • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Set product vision and strategy for AEM Guides.
• Own the multi-year roadmap and investment priorities.
• Deliver outcomes across growth, adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Translate customer feedback and market insights into clear product plans.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality releases.
• Align with Marketing and Sales on positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• Build positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Find opportunities to simplify and modernize content workflows.
AI Innovation • Integrate generative AI and machine learning into core product experiences.
• Enable intelligent authoring, automation, and content reuse.
• Improve search, recommendations, and metadata using AI.
• Ensure responsible AI standards, governance, and data practices.
What you will need • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related area. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading PM teams.
• Experience owning enterprise SaaS products end-to-end.
• Proven ability to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience working across global, cross-functional teams.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
AI & Data Experience • Experience building AI or ML features in software products.
• Understanding of generative AI and large language models.
• Experience working with data science and engineering teams.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and data governance.
