Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Frankfurt for a Group Product Manager. In this position, the Group Product Manager will lead product development and management initiatives, oversee product lifecycle activities, prioritize product roadmaps, and align product strategies with market needs and customer demands. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure business goals are achieved. The Group Product Manager will also play a key role in evaluating market trends and analyzing performance metrics to drive product innovation and optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience in product lifecycle management, strategic planning, and product roadmapping
• Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis for product positioning
• Strong leadership, team collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Understanding of electrotechnical products, systems, or related industries is an asset
• Ability to analyze product performance data and implement data-driven improvements
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Frankfurt and participate in occasional travel
