The Product Management team is seeking a passionate Group Product Manager who has a strong background in product management and communication. In this role, you will define and execute a vision for a portfolio of products within our Data Extensibility offerings. Collaborating closely with Product Owners, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution. We are looking for someone who thrives on building deep customer empathy, working collaboratively with design and development teams, and utilizing data analysis to discover opportunities for enhancement.

As a leader in our Data Extensibility products, your focus will be on developing innovative solutions that empower clients to create, manage, and leverage their data in RelativityOne, ultimately facilitating custom workflows and AI solutions. You will represent our portfolio at conferences and other speaking engagements, showcasing your expertise in the field. This high-impact role is designed for a technical product leader with a comprehensive understanding of both developer and end-user workflows, especially regarding the significance of custom data in building AI-first platforms. You will lead the evolution of our custom data strategy in response to the rapidly changing needs of users and the ongoing advancements of our platform.

Role Responsibilities

  • Set Strategic Direction: Develop the long-term roadmap for our data extensibility offerings, enabling clients to integrate custom strategic data that provides vital context to their cases and drives action.
  • Bring Customer Centricity: Guide your team to consistently engage with customers, identifying pain points and building a roadmap that balances immediate customer demands with the long-term business vision.
  • Champion Developers and End Users: Advocate for the needs of both developers and end-users, ensuring Relativity creates the right APIs, tools, and UI workflows that address their diverse requirements.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with colleagues across product, engineering, security, and finance to ensure alignment between platform capabilities and business needs, especially in collaboration with AI teams.
  • Measure and Optimize: Define success metrics for adoption, performance, efficiency, and reliability, driving continuous improvement and prioritization based on data.

Job Responsibilities

  • Craft and Shape Product Strategy: Establish a cohesive roadmap that integrates product, technology, and adoption strategies aligned with cloud and AI transformations.
  • Communicate Vision and Strategy: Clearly articulate the product vision and roadmap to a variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders and customers with different technical expertise.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize both qualitative and quantitative insights to define your long-term product vision, identify new strategic opportunities, and secure organizational support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or closely supporting product managers in delivering value to engineers.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and coaching Product Owners as direct reports.
  • A proven track record of measurable impact in championing custom data and workflows.
  • Strong technical fluency capable of engaging in architecture discussions and influencing technical direction.
  • Experience in developing highly customizable data platform experiences that drive AI or actionable outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to inspire teams and align stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with data, capable of utilizing it to analyze product health, set goals, and track success.
  • Strong tactical execution skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented while maintaining focus on strategic and broader objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong technical expertise in microservice architecture and familiarity with cloud platforms.
  • Prior experience as a software engineer or managing highly technical product solutions.
  • A keen interest in tackling complex problems and system interactions.
  • A team player capable of validating solutions and delivering features from inception to launch.

This role is eligible for comprehensive compensation including a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range is $166,000 to $250,000. The final offered salary will depend on various factors such as experience depth, skillset, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
