Qualifications Required
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience with technically complex, platform products at significant scale
- 5 years of experience in designing and delivering orchestration channel activation products for large organizations
- 3 years of people management experience with a focus on mentoring and developing individuals
- Strong customer empathy and ability to synthesize business needs
- Proven track record in developing product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer needs
- Technically conversant in orchestration, owned‑channel activation, AI, and marketing analytics
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams at all levels
- Relevant undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred
