Group Product Manager (HCM) - Europe (Remote)

One of the globe's fastest growing technology company's is seeking to hire a Group Product Manager (to take responsibility for driving the the vision, roadmap and delivery of their Payment solutions working closing with internal team covering design, engineering, customer support and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a cohesive product strategy for your area, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, strategic objectives, and evolving market needs.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers to achieve shared goals, while cultivating a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing product organization.
• Cross-Functional & Inter-departmental Collaboration:
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including business leadership, engineering, design, marketing, sales, legal, finance, and operations to prioritize initiatives, shape solutions, and deliver exceptional product experiences and measurable outcomes for customers.

Essential Criteria

• Must have full RTW in UK or the European Union - Sponsorship is not available and visas are not accepted.
• Must have previously managed a team of Product Managers within the Payments Fintech space.
• Must have very deep expertise in Payments - Industry Trends & Tech.
• Have knowledge of Nium, Stripe or Ebury.
