Job Summary

Join Groupe Dynamite's Digital and Product Design team as a Manager, Product Design to lead and grow our talented team of product designers. We are a team of professionals dedicated to transforming the retail shopping journey. Our mission is to amaze customers and provide an outstanding shopping experience. In this collaborative environment, you will work closely with fellow Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and cross‑functional teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and inspire a team of product designers;
  • Partner with cross functional leaders to align design goals with business objectives and product roadmaps;
  • Guide the design vision, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints;
  • Oversee the entire end‑to‑end product design process, from early research to ensuring the final build aligns with your visual designs;
  • Extract practical solutions from complex challenges within a user‑centric, data‑informed feedback loop;
  • Uphold high‑quality cohesive experiences with meticulous attention to visual and interaction details, embracing the role of a craftsperson;
  • Advocate for the customer's perspective in all design decisions;
  • Provide hands‑on design support when needed, especially for high‑impact or complex features;
  • Collaborate in establishing our Design System to enhance the craft, scalability, and accessibility of our products;
  • Identify new opportunities for product development.

Qualifications

  • An outstanding portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in UX and visual design;
  • Expertise in design thinking and human‑centered design methodologies;
  • Proficiency with the Figma design tool;
  • Experience working in a cross‑functional environment with Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers;
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience designing digital products;
  • Experience in leading a team;
  • Experience with E‑commerce web & app design is a bonus.
