Your mission
Supercharge our Sales and Growth teams by building and deploying cutting‑edge GenAI and agentic systems. By automating repetitive tasks and integrating our Go‑To‑Market (GTM) stack, you will have a direct impact on increasing sales efficiency and driving revenue generation, with the support of Julien, your future manager.
As an AI Growth Engineer at Qonto, you will
- Automate Sales Admin Work: Build and deploy LLM‑based applications and AI agents to automate repetitive tasks such as meeting summaries, CRM auto‑fill, and follow‑ups.
- Integrate our GTM Stack: Connect multiple data sources and internal tools (Salesforce, Dust, n8n, Snowflake) using APIs and lightweight scripts (Python/JS) to create a seamless information flow.
- Build End‑to‑End Workflows: Turn raw signals like calls and emails into structured knowledge to power hyper‑personalized prospect experiences at scale.
- Rapidly Prototype & Ship: Deliver pragmatic solutions quickly in a fast‑moving environment, prioritizing measurable operational impact and ROI over perfect technical architecture.
- Collaborate with Business Teams: Conduct discovery sessions with Sales and Growth stakeholders to identify low‑value workflows, translate technical concepts clearly, and drive the adoption of your AI‑powered tools.

- His path? Julien has built a unique career bridging finance and technology. He started in financial control before transitioning into the Salesforce ecosystem at JobTeaser, where he spent 5 years growing from Administrator to Lead Salesforce, managing a team of 5 people and owning the development roadmap. After leading operations at Libeo (B2B payments specialist), he joined Qonto in February 2024 as our Growth Operations Engineer Lead, where he now focuses on scaling our growth technology stack and building engineering excellence within our 6‑person Growth Ops Engineering team.
- What can he bring to the team? Julien combines deep technical Salesforce expertise with strong business understanding and proven leadership experience. Having managed both technical teams and complex Salesforce architectures, he knows how to mentor engineers while keeping sight of business impact. His background in finance gives him a unique perspective on growth metrics and operational efficiency that's invaluable in the Growth Ops context. He's passionate about establishing development best practices, fostering team growth, and building scalable solutions that drive real business results.
About You
- Experience: You have 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role, building and deploying AI‑powered automations and integrations in a fast‑moving, product‑led environment.
- GenAI & Agentic Systems Expertise: You have hands‑on experience building LLM‑based applications or agents. You clearly understand LLM limitations (like hallucination mitigation) and ideally have experience with prompt engineering and guardrails.
- API Integration & Scripting: You are proficient in writing lightweight scripts (Python/JS) and using orchestration tools (n8n, Zapier) to connect systems. You are also familiar with Salesforce data models and CRM constraints.
- Systems Thinking: You have a track record of mapping complex workflows and translating unstructured data into actionable insights end‑to‑end.
- Pragmatic Delivery: You balance impact versus effort beautifully. You favor rapid prototyping and a strong shipping mindset over over‑engineering, taking high agency in ambiguous environments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: You have experience conducting discovery sessions with operational or sales teams. You know how to translate complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and drive the adoption of new internal tools.
