About the role

The Opportunity

We’re a fast-scaling premium recovery brand looking for a commercially driven Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to own digital performance, customer acquisition, and funnel optimisation. This is a founder-facing role with real commercial accountability, direct access to leadership, and a clear pathway to Marketing Director within 12-24 months. You’ll help build the engine that drives our global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agency & Paid Media Oversight: Lead and challenge external agencies (Google, Meta, SEO). Conduct weekly performance reviews (CPA, ROAS, spend allocation, testing cadence). Identify inefficiencies and eliminate wasted budget. Maintain a clear performance dashboard.
  • Conversion & Funnel Ownership: Own CRO and optimise the full customer journey. Identify drop-offs, AOV leakage, and landing page weaknesses. Brief developers and designers to implement improvements.
  • Content & Growth Initiatives: Oversee social content direction and creative ideas. Manage UGC creators and influencers. Support B2B lead generation (LinkedIn, events, partnerships). Qualify inbound leads via social and messaging platforms.
  • Founder Support: Translate data into decisions. Clearly communicate what to scale, optimise, or stop.

Who You Are

  • 3-6 years in growth or performance marketing.
  • Experience managing agencies (not just working inside one).
  • Comfortable in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Shopify.
  • Strong grasp of CPA, ROAS, AOV and profitability drivers.
  • Commercially sharp, proactive, and ready to grow fast. This role scales with the business.
