Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will own the end‑to‑end development and execution of B2B marketing strategies aimed at the North American data‑center market. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of proven B2B marketing experience, a strong track record in lead generation, and expertise in content creation and management. This role will work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to drive brand awareness, nurture prospects, and accelerate pipeline growth.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning • Design and implement a comprehensive go‑to‑market plan for the North American data‑center segment.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales targets, product roadmaps, and regional market insights.
Digital Campaign Management • Lead multi‑channel digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic display, email, retargeting).
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analytics.
Lead Generation & Nurturing • Build and manage inbound/outbound lead‑generation funnels.
• Implement lead‑scoring models and nurture workflows in HubSpot/Marketo (or similar).
Content Development • Produce high‑quality, data‑center‑focused assets: whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, videos, and infographics.
• Oversee content calendar, SEO strategy, and editorial guidelines.
Brand Visibility & Thought Leadership • Secure speaking opportunities, industry partnerships, and PR placements in key North American tech publications.
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, virtual events, and webinars.
Analytics & Reporting • Track KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI, engagement metrics) and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Maintain a dashboard for real‑time performance monitoring.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management • Partner with sales enablement to create pitch decks, battle cards, and sales‑ready content.
• Liaise with creative, product, and regional teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required Qualifications

Requirement Details
Experience Minimum 5 years in B2B marketing, preferably within technology, cloud services, or data‑center industries.
Lead Generation Demonstrated success in building and scaling demand‑generation programs that deliver qualified pipeline.
Content Management Strong portfolio of written and visual content; proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, etc.).
Digital Marketing Skills Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic platforms, email automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
Analytics Proficient in Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools; ability to translate data into strategy.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Soft Skills Excellent communication, project‑management, and stakeholder‑management abilities; comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
Location Based in the UAE (flexible to occasional travel to North America for key events).

Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have) Skills
